I agree with the death penality especially when the evidence of murder has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
For example, nature doesn’t know the difference between right and wrong and therefore animals kill for survival, defense and basically hunger. Humans, too, would fall under the category of animals, who would harvest/slaughter and eat anything.
Therefore, capital punishment should be used for any “crime” committed beyond survival, defense and hunger. Society should be modeled like nature and be stronger without the criminals, disabled, insane, and weak — all of which are labels to describe those who are burdens to society.
