To help the recycling system, separate paper products from plastic. Personally, I take the extra effort to wash dirty paper and plastic products with soap and water. It’s like washing the dishes until the sticky residue is all gone and the packaging material looks like new.
I do wash (soap and water) aluminum foils/cardboard container/paper products/Styrofoam items. This helps to “soften” the material before being hauled away by our local garage/recycling trucks weekly.
Yeah, I know it would “wet” the inside of the HEAVY-duty plastic garbage/recycling trashcan bins but at least in my mind this would help with assist the already polluted environment.

Just don’t use too many pre-packaged products and try to think creatively of other means to help the environment.
Back in those days, Filipinos used banana leaves to cover/carry their food, coconut shells as bowls, etc. And these NATURAL products are burned as fuel for their cooking fire.
I don’t know what happened to America/Britain and other “white” countries. Did you “white” beings/entities loose your way? Or did you just think that you are above everyone else and think that you can get away your pollutants?
Can y’all at least invent creatively ASAP ways to speed up the cleaning process of waste material from oil spills, uncontrollable fires, whatever natural technology is being intentionally suppressed?
Y’all are eating your own kinds and going above/beyond eating everything else in your path. I really appreciate all the modern conveniences but when it comes to repair and maintenance, it’s messy.
I do NOT like it! I can’t take care of all these nice America convenience/amenities/four bedrooms/two baths/big garden! So how much more a whole wide world?
