Off-topic rant 20150909-1535.

Oops! Mom got the shingles, with the dermatomes MOSTLY located at the C8 site and a little of the C7 site! We panicked, called for a last-minute appointment, visited her trustworthy doctor at 1400, and found out the diagnoses via his courtesy referral at 1500. Now, we’ll get the anti-viral drug and a corticosteroid cream to apply to those painful blistering suckers.

I guess my service as “geriatric support specialist” with my parents is working out, at least temporarily, until I get a “real” full-time paying job. Until then, I’m failing my “assignment” because I’ve been verbally irritated and annoyed with my frustrations to deal with the sick, elderly, and dying humanz. My parents were forgiving but worn down with my bad attitude. Hah!
