The presiding judge (over the Casey Anthony case) is good about going by the book. She should be executed by showing no remorse whatsoever.

If the prosecutors establishes the relationship between the parent, step-parent and the alleged killer of a child, jealously could be factored into the case, whereby the accused was enraged enough to kill anyone who gets in the way.

Trust me in this one, folks: Casey, the insanely jealous party girl is the murderer of her daughter, Caylee, a beautiful child, the victim of a dysfunctional family
