Day 20: Discuss your favorite movie and why it’s so special to you.
Since I’m not an avid movie goer, the only favorite movie that I could recall was “Forest Gump” (starring Tom Hanks). He reminds me of Paw, who may not say much, think fast enough or be appreciated but can carry out lots in his own pace and special ways.
The movie teaches us that those people with some compromised brain power can function normally in society. These special folks are good souls, who have some sense of moral consciousness, knowing the difference between right and wrong, and the feelings of sentimental values, protecting their loved ones from harm and danger and cherishing gifts of appreciations and souvenirs.
When called to action, they are there. When being human, they are there. I just love heart-warming stories of people telling stories about themselves, their life’s experience and other funny things that could happen while still alive on this planet.
