Is the glass half-full, or half-empty?
Neither! It’s perfect that the liquid stays inside the glass at all! Must be a miracle. Perhaps, science has yet to come up with a theorem as to why liquid doesn’t float outside the glass because I don’t buy into the notion that GRAVITY keeps everything “glued” on this hellish planet.
Anyway, here are to perfect examples of this skewed thinking:
Logically, when the drinker stops mid-way, the glass is half-empty. The action is to finish every drop of precious alcohol, which is expensive stuff.
Likewise, when the bartender stops pouring mid-way, the glass is half-full. The action is to give the patron his money’s worth all the way to the brim.
