Is access to medical care something that government should provide, or is it better left to the private sector? Are there drawbacks to your choice?

If the truly indulgent cannot afford anything, then the government should “step in” to help. Otherwise, the private sector could provide these benefits. Without government regulations, certain chumps would take advantage of the ignorant. Whereas, innovation for improvement would be greatly stifled. Either easy, science and medicine don’t help all that much except fatten the pockets of the middle to upper classes.
