Yup. I’ll accept the temporary position for PM of the “Net”.
In my domain, y’all will opine. I will set aside various groups. Each group will have its own leader, who will report to me the status of the respective group. There will be an “outsider” of this “Net”. It will observe how this “Net” performs. It will report to me the status of this “Net”. Each group will have workers, who will vote and select its leader. Each group will have its enforcers, who will protect the workers. Each leader is allowed it own protectors. Non-functioning leader will be based on merit and strength. If a more powerful leader comes along, then the workers, the protectors, and enforcers will support the new leader. If the leader kills its own, becomes old and too weak, it must die and a new replacement will be born from within one of the various groups.
