For many of us the seasons are changing, bouncing unpredictably between cold and warm. Are you glad to be moving into a new season, or wishing for one more week of the old?

I love this colder season so I won’t sweat and break out into acne-like skin problems in hotter climates/during summer seasons. But this change in temperature from swealtering hot to temperate cold is ripe for sickness. For the past few days, I’ve gotten flu-like syptoms – itchy, watery, red eyes; stuffy, achy, painful sinuses; and lots of green/red allergy boogers, which I manage to blow out after the sinus congestion decreases! So all I could do is rest and drink lots of fluid. However, I love the mild temperatures, which makes nap-times more comfortable/restful upstairs. Everything seems to slow down, too.
