Your personal sculptor is carving a person, thing, or event from the last month of your life into the glistening marble of immortality. What’s the statue and what makes it so significant?

Photographers, artists, poets: show us SIGNIFICANT.

First thought, a cat.

Second thought, a cracked ball.

Third thought, my death mask mounted on a cat body, sitting atop a cracked ball.

Weird. But these are thoughts as entered with my left thumb while lying down on my right side and on my new NOOK eReader.
