Since around the Christmas holidays or even the beginning of December 2011, I’ve been feeling worn down, almost apathetic to these outmoded “high holiday” celebrations. I’d force myself to stay awake, just having enough energy to get through the chores of being/helping Maw do the cooking and cleaning before exhaustion during the mid-afternoon forces me at times to recharge my battery for two-hours of nap time!
The feeling is one of dragging the feet and carefully walking VERY slowly in uncomfortable slippers because of pain from one bothersome “corn” in the middle-most area of the ball to my right foot); of not saying much for lacking the right words/speech; or of not having the strength to enjoy the nice weather outdoors and do some yard work, symbolic of cleaning up before the onset of the new “solar” year 2012.
Whatever is going on my foggy brain and memory loss seem to have gotten worse. Had it not been for the “Memo” app of my cellphone, there won’t be any blogging material left. Perhaps, the food/allergy has been the culprit — drinking milk, eating eggs and meat and consuming other host of treats, such as chocolate, almond, mixed nuts and the last pieces of fruitcake, which the boy didn’t take to liking after dinner two nights ago.
All I could do is continue my parasite regime and kidney/liver flush while praying for more healing. My problemic back has been mysteriosly “healed”. Maybe it’s because I don’t do much yard work during the colder temperature outdoors or the fact that I don’t bend or lift recently.
Hopefully, my energy will return to all of us. Paw has been looking sleepy too. I’d notice how he’ rub his face more frequently as a sign something is going on. But he doesn’t complain and that frustrates Maw and me because we don’t know if he need medical assistance. Maw is able to keep busy but is too falling asleep more often during the mid-days and/or mid-afternoon. And it’s probably due to her medication. I don’t know.
