At 937 am our phone line was accidentally cut by the roofers because the phone line was in the way.

I was on the internet when I saw that broadband light blinking red! I knew I have to call technical service right away.

For 34 minutes and 26 seconds I was on the phone with AT&T. Finally, at 1019 am the reference number was given to me. The technical service will be here from 4 p m to 9 p m. It will take 2 hours to troubleshoot/repair.

That is why it is a good idea to have a cell phone available in case the land line does not work.
