We are listening to Obama at Cannon Falls, Minnesota regarding electric cars and batteries. I don’t think battery-powered cars won’t last too long. I expected a hover-car with anti-gravity technology by now.
You see, I have a $16,000 hearing aid that uses a Size 10 (yellow) battery. On average, I use the medical device for four to six hours a day. In one and a half week, I have to replace both batteries! A pack of CVS 24 batteries sold for $16.
As for my Galaxy S (Samsung), the batteries need to be re-charged in three hours. I guess we need nuclear powered batteries that won’t cause radiation and that will last longer than the ones we have in the market today.
