“Remember when accounting firm Arthur Andersen got in trouble because it shredded evidence in the Enron scandal? Deleting or editing your online activity if you know it’s could be used against you in a lawsuit is no different. In other words, don’t expect to be able to clean up your act after the fact.”
Yup. I remember. People got in trouble and the fellow “brothers” tried to help them but to no avail. Not that I “know” anything but it’s the truth. As far as blogging anything incriminating online, y’all are insane. Get a life!
To further prove my point, my cousin said on his Facebook account: “I was only trying to help her.” Well, his relatives sued and now he has a public/legal file so others will be aware of his “record”. Although he did nothing illegal or immoral, what he has done was unethical but NOT unheard of between real estate brokers and banks.
No wonder he said that he didn’t want to be held responsible if he got a license to do whatever fellow “brothers” have done to countless others, including/almost me…
