Dear diary,
My daddy and I went consulted with an attorney and I returned to work at 1230pm. We learned stuff and well I guess the best course of action is to either sell it or let it go.
The first point is the land title, which is a HUGE piece of paper with something red. I might have something like that but it says duplicate copy. While the lot belongs to everyone, the house was REBUILT by my parents and is showing the names of my daddy and me.
The second point is that although Mom wanted to keep the old house and lot within the bloodline, the beneficiaries may include the mean and nasty relatives, who did NOT contribute a penny to the upkeep and tax payments.
The third point is that the smart engineer wanted my daddy to waive his rights and interests to her so she can sell it as agreed. But based on the attorney, my daddy would be giving up a lot and that his descendants might benefit, too. He might have 16 percent of the stake with the split from him going to his two children at half each.
The fourth point is that the smart engineer had a daddy who has a bloodline of thieves. He abused my auntie and the family suffered. So I didn’t like how she weaved a story about a hearing scheduled for their Wednesday time and how her phone calls coincided with sense of urgency which is typical of crooked Asians.
The fifth point is that the location of the neighborhood is terrible and the condition of the house and lot is running down. That is the scenario and impression that she painted into our minds.
There are so many points that if I wanted to get rid of the house and lot, I could do so without her. She and the rest could have sold it already and wanted us to forfeit whatever share because there wasn’t anything to distribute or they already stole the share to my daddy.
With that said, they all can become rancid.
Sincerely,
Flynn B wanting them to become rancid.
