Dear diary,
I am thinking that any business and government entities are messed up. Recently, I’ve been having to wait for answers to my certified letters regarding reimbursement payments to the deceased.
Our local bank representatives were NOT helpful and they did NOT answer my questions as to how to best handle depositing checks of a dead human. It’s almost like they couldn’t state the obvious: go ahead idiot and deposit the damn checks!
Now according to one pro-active customer service representative of an government sponsored health insurance provider, these reimbursement payments will still be made payable to the dead human, because that is their policy!
WTF? I’ve sent several copies and/or originals of required documents for review to several of these places and and so far, NONE have mailed back a formal letter explaining their actions or inactions, meaning they don’t give a damn if we cash these checks or not!

Flynn B is still sitting on stuff that could have been handled better had the customer service representatives been more knowledgable! I believe this is an area for improvement for abuse, fraud, and/or waste.
