If datasets are shifted without traces due to imperfect algorithms,

then these business entities must be regulated to ensure net-neutral criteria,

because artificial intelligence can be evil without some sort of govern-mental oversight.

If these business entities fail to comply,

then these felons must be FIRED,

because Freedom of Expression of Truth can disappear.
