To Clem,
I’m at work. Now I’m fracking on my lunch break and I’m standing outdoors under the red square umbrella that’s attached to the brown colored table.
Anyway, I don’t fucking care for singing with the main choir anymore due to the politics at my local church of over forty years. The Filipino community can suck eggs for tolerating that crazy bitch living adjacent to us.
With regards to the audition on Labor Day at 1915 pm last Monday, I wasn’t neverous and was glad that Kathy S the reptilian was kind enough to carpool my ass over at the registration room of the parish hall to Westminster Presbyterian Church, where the SJSC usually holds their rehearsals.
After messing up the very last verse to ‘Motet, Ave Verum’, this is the sense that I received from Herr Meistro – that it wasn’t so much my singing but that there were too many women and that they needed more men, especially tenors. He lied because he kept touching his left ear lobe. I sensed that the freaking reptilian was nervous around my presence. Sheesh.
I failed to demonstrate my low notes in order to secure my place and to pay my registration fee but he said I could sing whatever I wanted and that they are still trying to determine how the registration for the following non-holiday Monday, which was four days ago, goes with old members before new ones.
With that said, I really don’t care for joining up. Why? It’s the commitment and that’s another reason why I guess that I’m still single and childless because I don’t wanna be tied down. Plus, I really don’t like carpooling ever because I prefer to be the driver. And I’m not gonna tryout again next January.
But Kathy S didn’t get it. I’m not gonna be dragged around like what your Mommy is very good at doing with others. Just the other day, she emailed us an urgency and suggested we buy airplane tickets now for a trip to Rome.
If y’all ever got to know my belief system, y’all are insane. But because that is all y’all know and are comfortable being stuck in your own small world, would y’all continue to put your money in a country that believes in socialism? Would y’all continue supporting non-profit institutions and religious organizations?
And with regards to that ‘pay-to-play’ scheme at the political level, that’s perfectly fine as long as y’all ‘harm none’. This comparison is analogous to the educational guise of ‘pay-to-sing’ semester fees (September to December and January to March seasons) for signing societies. It’s all for a good cause, which is basically to fill one’s ego, err, share one’s talent.
Do NOT doubt unto moi!
Sincerely bored,
Evil Kitty
