At 1156 I was kindly scheduled for a follow-up appointment with the NURSE PRACTIONER, whom I saw on July 11, 2016. Mom said ObamaCare sucks! Why, Flynn? WTF is the problem this time, bitch?
Well, this morning I had a blood work. And in my mind and is the normal ‘protocol’, there should be a follow-up on the blood work. But the girls at this clinic were patient enough to communicate that I wouldn’t be contacted if there isn’t anything abnormal with my blood results!
Mom was fuming aloud while I was scheduling an appointment with the girl, who then transferred me to a nurse, who then was kind enough to squeeze me for July 21, 2016 at 14:15 PM. The nurse had a difficult time hearing me because of Mom’s loudness. Sorry.
Though the medical procedures are standard, thank goodness, I do notice over the past few years that follow-up visits are NOT necessary when there is NOTHING abnormal. This logic saves the patients time AND cash money (and/or benefit claims) for unnecessary follow-up visits.
Before loosing my PCP in Sunnyvale, CA four years ago – this was true. After three months on a Nutrisystem diet and in conjunction with the statin drug in those days, my blood work results were within normal range. So she didn’t think of calling me.
At that time, I didn’t know that I could have access to my blood results online! So I had to go to my PCP to obtain a hard paper copy, which is now scanned, archived, and shredded, of course. With this blessed advanced technological tool available online, we can be our own doctors.
It’s the blood work request and results that CAN help us consumers make medical and alternative remedy decisions. After all, there is no known cure for any ailments and illnesses of humanz, not even a cure for the common cold, flu, or broken heart.

With that said, there is no “legislation” for “hatred in the heart”. I was thinking of demonically possessed humanz, such as our Filipino neighbor living adjacent to us. I don’t think our prayers are working fast enough. Sheesh.
I heard this synchronous ‘message’ of legislating hatred in the heart in an opening statement, I believe, prior to the Loretta Lynch hearings, which I recorded on our ATT DVR but haven’t watched in its entirety, but have heard foul snippets her NOT answering in the affirmative or negative.
So once again, our human forms are in some ways or another being influenced to sin. And gluttony is one of those sins, in which I cannot help myself but eat more than my share of food cooked by MOM mostly per meals, which is thrice a day.
That’s why I was ‘pressured’ or ‘forced’ by my parents to ‘take advantage’ of the Medi-Cal system. But I didn’t want any free service due to my personal Buddhist belief of karmic repercussions. And so it is, I will find out if my blood is bad in three to five days or so.
