Well, yesterday Ate Cheese accompanied and assisted us through the free consultation. We could get something but we’d have to provide the evidences. With her help and connections, I don’t know. It would cost $3,000 plus $350 per hour or more to expedite the slow process of countless hearings. She has a friend who has the same bad behavior. We’d have to get names from the neighbors, too.
I messed up the interview. I noticed they were quiet while I messed up. I couldn’t answer because I knew this meeting was an exercise of dimmed wits. I’m too low energy to care and too stupid to defend ourselves. I’m leaving it up to the experts, such as our local pastor and religious leaders to work things out.
These Filipinos knew she was a NUISANCE and yet they tolerated her bad behavior, at the expense of our health and safety. And now they expect my parents and me to pay exorbitant amounts of money to shut her up, which the attorney at law said won’t work If she’s the property owner. Sheesh.
I had my smartphone GPS locator feature turned on for reference point of my whereabouts during the 0930 AM appointment with the lawyer, who smelled, y’all guessed it, a reptilian.
So my nerves were fried and while waiting until 0935 AM for his arrival, she inquired of me if I’m taking anything to relax my nerves, of which I replied Benadryl for seasonal allergies. She’s a troll, but VERY nice and helpful soul. She encouraged my parents and me to accompany Chuck and her to a religious expedition, and sent me the text and shared Delta first class flight plans. She’s that resourceful and high energy. But I’m too relaxed like a nun to run around town for fun.
My parents and I went home, processed her gooey coconut and shredded taro root cake, rested, and ate lunch. We then got a surprised call and visit from Natividad L, mom’s former coworker. She had a HUGE wicker basket of Japanese and regular plums and green rice cake with shredded coconut.
She shared get Wisp C-PAP head gear with Mom. The gel portion was so small and fitted nicely around the nostril areas. Mom’s blue gel mask goes all the way over the bridge of her nose, while Dad has a full face mask that covers mouth to the nose bridge.
I helped her load her wicket basket with our goodies and then took her right arm as she limped from our garage to her parked white suv on the street on front of our home. My parents and I were running late to the house of Ate Cheese and arrived at 1700.
Chuck drove. I hate his braking but he knows how to get around town. We ate at Mio Vicino and took home extra food. Then we arrived at a novena for Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The reptilianz were celebrating mass. Ate Cheese introduced me to Janet, an elderly whitish lady with straight teeth and the head of this place, convent or whatever.
En route back to their place off Four Oaks stop light intersection, Carl B called Ate Cheese and she relayed the LEGAL process of getting an RO and then the extra stuff of quieting the restrained, which I’m surprised isn’t being restrained by the primary caretaker, the landlord, the relatives, the siblings, the pastor, the religious leaders, and pals.
We arrived home and processed ourselves and normal. That’s what I liked – normal and uncomplicated. I expressed to Ate Cheese that my parents and I don’t have connections or support network of family or friends. I told her that I found the lawyers through the Yellow Pages.
I expressed to the lawyer that I want peace restored and the liberty to have happiness on our property near the shared chain link fence. Do y’all see where I’m going with this?
I told Ate Cheese and her Chuck that this is more of a spiritual battle to test my faith in the Lawd Gawd. (While waiting outside the church, I mentioned to her that Mom and I were energy sensitive. But her brain is elsewhere.)
But if these non-profiteers failed my parents and I, I’d have to pay lots of money, go to lots of hearings, and pretty much go to hell. Both parties are in effect AFFECTED by the failed system of society, American laws, and the liberals.
There is NO “amen” this time.
