20150829-1343. “Deleting 328,725 items.” My Seagate 4T hard drive was at 90% full. Once again, I had to delete old backup files. And now I’ve got half the space available.
For many years, I wanted to delete those old files. But the names were too long. I could not rename the longer files because the system would freeze.
Lo and behold, I figured out the shit! I had to cut the file “closer” to the “root” drive “C”. I had to do this several times for each file and for multiple backup folders!
For a couple of hours, I finished at 1400 and we ate our late lunch. It was a beautiful, breezy cool day! Thanks!
20150829-0826. While kneeling down during mass, I had an incoming thought about Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. The word that entered my small mind was “backfire”. (The following day, a mainstream media personnel said “backfire”. I don’t know if she was the anchor or the guest)
Yeah, so while y’all are covering up each other, aren’t y’all concerned that such corrosive actions might “backfire”, considering karmic debt can be such a stickler? Eh.
