At around 1100 am, I almost had a medical emergency!
At 0815, I donated whole blood to our local American Red Cross. The drip slowed down around 350 ml. The butch-haired attendant turned the needle unsuccessfully until her Asian supervisor pushed it fatheur into this inner right arm vein. I was finished at 0900 am and ate my cinnamon cookie snacks by the Keebler Elves and drank two tiny cans of Ocean Spray – Orange.
I drove home fine. We went to Mom’s a dental surgeon for a second opinion at 1030 am. I drove to the church fine.
At around noontime, I felt dizzy and saw my vision was dimming! The stupid OLP Shrine didn’t have air conditioning and the air indoors was stifling hot.
(Why are churches so dang poor to install air conditioning system? This is a health and safety issue. Perhaps, the laws and regulations (OSHA) for ALL places of worship must require installation and proper usage of environmental systems! If y’all payoff pedophiles, y’all can fix this bit!)
Anyway, I looked at Mom and I thought I could walk to the car but my legs buckled and had to lie down on the pew! Dad was my pillow while Mom percussioned my chest. I was taking deep heaving breathes to keep from passing out. (She said my lips were pale, the color of dead people! I think I died, though breathing!)
Eventually, I sat upright and ate two of mom’s diabetic sugar tablets and later on two breath mints. But I was still feeling sick to my stomach. And I felt clammy.
The nice Filipino woman behind me gave me a cold bottle of water. Blessings! I told her I’m okay and had donated blood.
It’s 1320 p.m. And I am still feeling sick. The stupid air conditioner of Dad’s small car is too weak! I hate hot weather! People die in heat waves! Stop messing with the weather manipulation! Idiots!
