1715. Sarah Palin wouldn’t answer O’Reilly’s question: Why is Planned Parenthood in areas of mostly blacks?

She couldn’t state the obvious – that it’s because blacks can’t afford babies without going on welfare. She could only state that it’s because the nonprofit organization teaches blacks that they aren’t capable of raising children. I wonder if abortion helps poor folks worldwide.
