At 1632, I was listening to our local radio station 1590 AM and heard that J. Chambers was stepping down from Cisco. That’s over ten years ago for me. Sigh.
Anyway, I was trying to voice record a memo and suddenly ran over a black color, bent piece of pipe thingy laying on the onramp going northbound HWY 101! That happened when I was following a beat up white pickup truck TOO closely.
So I took the next exit, which was a couple of miles away! I returned back to my exit, knowing there was a nearby AMERICA’S TIRES CO. They checked for any de-pressurization and pulled out a smallish nail that didn’t puncture my NEW Continental tires.
When I took the onramp again, I saw three motorcycles, a black, red, and yellow! They were thin looking guys and the stretched their legs and arms. I think the general sitting position on any motorcycle is uncomfortable.
The guy on the black cycle seemed to be the informal leaderv of the group. He wore a brownish jacket with Harley Davidson.
There was a fourth motorcyclist. He was thicker. His motorcycle had two VERY shiny upturned pipes. He didn’t seem interested to ride with other three. Later, he exited off Blossom Hill Road. Sigh.
I had rolled my window down before reaching that road, the southernmost point of San Jose, CA, and has let my long, highlighted hair catch the wind. I love that feeling, only the left side waved. I love the winds.
Mom reported yesterday that she and Dad opened all the windows to air out the indoors, since the VTA/BART construction wasn’t going on that time. The winds were blowing strung and VERY fresh. Mom thanked the wind spirits for bridging fresh, cold air. It speed blowing when she closed the windows.
I recollect my eye candy riding behind me three to four Thursday ago after work for a couple of miles. Then he sped off and flashed the peace sign with his left fingers downward. I signaled peace with my right fingers upwards. He traveled 90 miles per hours. I let my hairs blow in the winds, the first time since working at my temp job from hell.
Ride like the winds. Go with the winds. Be free like the winds, Wind Riders !
