To Philip,
OMG! Please convert this temp girl from hell to full-time employment! I’ll take a low-paying hourly job, or even a salaried position.
From 1430 to 1600, I spent $320 for a full eye examination by an ophthalmologist, and NOT just an ordinary optometrist. I got the refraction, the dilation, and the pictures of my retina.
What they found was interesting. I’m going blind. I have moderate glaucoma. Four years ago, the pressure was 20 and 22. Today, they were 17 and 18. The normal range is around 14.
No wonder my vision has changed. While you at the printing machine, I knew you saw me hold up the McK account up close to my face. It’s that bad. So that prompted me to seek medical treatment.
My dad and I are waiting inside the pharmacy for my prescription eye drops, which cost $22 per bottle. It’s going to sting tonight when I apply the eye drops before bedtime. I hope I can come to work tomorrow.
I have two follow-up appointments. One is two weeks from now for the vision field test and the other one is in two months for the pressure test.
They did three different glaucoma tests. One with the stylus pen. I heard numbers ranging upwards around 5.33 as the last one for my left eye. The second was with blue light and andbright horizontal ight. The third one is the retinal pictures.
Four years ago, I saw the picture of the red zones in each eye. The right eye had a red zone around one o’clock. The left eye had a red zone around eleven o’clock.
Today, the right eye seemed to have more orange zones going down towards six o’clock. The left eye had mostly red zones from six o’clock to midnight.
Yup, not only an I going deaf, but I’m going blind. It’s appropriate for us shamans/sages to absorb. Y’all will understand my gradual withdrawal from society, as I shun people and communicating thereof. So don’t expect good customer service from moi at work either.
That’s the answer that I had expected from the Lawd Gawd after last night’s rant. I would need a job and good health/medical insurance to cover my health.
I was planning on going a natural, none medicinal death. But the price to consider is that others may/might need my help and I’ll need to take care of myself first.
I’ve had symptoms over one decade ago and there’s no known inheritance of glaucoma in my family. The physician said I’m too young to have moderate glaucoma.
There is NO pain according to him. The peripheral vision is the first to go and then complete blindness. The eye drops may help. But laser technology needs to be redone every five years.
Yeah, so please consider me for full time employment. I’ll behave and do my best to follow your instructions. I wanted pot as an alternative remedy. Hehe!
With lots of dead mice,
Evil Kitty
