Good morning, chumps! I’m still wide awake! I’ve read somewhere that there are pills available for those with sleeping disorder, especially treatable for those with autism.
I definitely have dyslexia because I would hear and see the numbers or words and then write it down incorrectly. That’s not good for those working with numbers or costumer service. For example, I had difficulty understanding the numbers and had the customer repeat it five times over the phone! That’s why I hate phones! I’m deaf and dyslexic!
I also have echolalia, which Dad exhibits daily in our normal conversation. There are other struggles that no one outside our relatives would dare admit.
So that’s why I really don’t like working in one place too long. It’s embarrassing and very difficult to admit our undiagnosed disability because we are afraid and ourselves to cope with stupid crazy people.
But like my Dad, we struggle to stay afloat. We have profound anxiety around people and shun parties because of the loud noises and too many people crowding. We rather keep to ourselves and be alone with our thoughts.
So if there is a vaccination or medication that can help us fall asleep, I need to knew know. After being out of work for so long, I don’t know how to cope with stress.
Thus, my sleep had been affected. I was scanning and archiving paperwork accumulating since this month. My personal laptop is stuck turned on so the backup drives can catch up.
Afterwards, I rearranged the furniture of my green/computer bedroom. Mom walked in and noticed the room was wider but dusty. She then saw a plastic container and then I pulled out more for her to choose. Now she a new container for her toilet products.
It’s now 0334 in the morning snd in wide awake! I took Benadryl around 1240 pm because I was feeling my right eye draining. It was feeling itchy these past few days.
So when I came home from a failed attempt at donating whole blood to the American Red Cross, I slept until 1600 and laid in bed until 1700.
Yes, I wanted to donate blood on Spring Equinox and had rescheduled twice before settling for Friday at 1245. One, I had to catch up on eight hours of work. Two, I wasn’t sure about donating blood at a local library.
Anyway, I filled out the health questionnaires electronically and reclined in the unprotected yet leather chair.
The attendant couldn’t find my small veins and she didn’t want to take the risk because they’re needles are large! So i left.
It’s 0345 and in barely able to focus and stay awake.
