In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Buffalo Nickel.”
Unfortunately, there has been no loose change in the normal places of my car, in the couch, or on the floor.
That’s because I don’t use coins! And when I do get loose change, they go straight to Dad’s desk.
He then places those into the Mason “Ball” jars, which is strong enough to hold the weight of coins and which replaced the pig-shaped coin holders.
The year I imagined digging up was 1981. O don’t recall what happened during that year. With that said, this prompt entry its finished.
