In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Easy Fix.”
Mom is still grieving over the loss of her only last of ten other sibling, is still recovering from her DCR surgery of the left eye, and has been overwhelmed by the disrespect from Das Squirrel over the phone yesterday.
That afternoon Dad fetched the afternoon mail and he handed Mom the above-referenced image of a sympathy card from the family of the Twit Wifey. That was thoughtful of them and the timing was correct.
Despite being hated for being outspoken and correct in her assessment of bad behavior so prevalent in many crazy/stupid humanz who dared cross her path, she had overcome the worse “And all was right in the world”.
