Regarding certain gangsta-mentality with tattoos. Please don’t rush to judge. For example, my new temp job from hell will be to cover someone going on a maternity leave for say, eight weeks, She is planning to come back around the beginning of September this year.
My god! For the past four days and fours each day, she would walk-thru the process with me. She didn’t skip a beat! Her voice is calm and relaxed and patiently she takes the time to be thorough in each step of the way. She has a firm grasp in her area.
My focus is the daily task of deposits and collections. She does more than she and her boss would dump on me. I’ll do my best NOT to mess up her stuff until she comes back from birthing a baby. I, however, already made two mistakes but saw a page where I could do reversals.
She claims that the system is NOT user-friendly, which means that when the processor presses the “Save” button, there is no way to go back and correct the mistake. But that doesn’t make sense because a “Save” button is NOT final. It’s the “Post” button that is more important.
Regardless, I take that to mean – slow down and be accurate. In other words, there’s really no much to do and I might as well “kill time” doing my best to earn money while learning how their system works. I used to be the former employer of Das Squirrel. Bahaha!
Oh, she’s Mexicana/Latina/Chicana/whatever. And she sports tattoos on her back/neck, her left ring finger and her inner right forearms, which has a two feathers, meaning she’s native. I could see her eye sockets and how her brow-bone form over her forehead. Eh, I’m just saying.
