Regarding numbness in extremities. Folks, these are old injuries from several “falls” for over 15 years. I didn’t have health insurance then and now. So I’m left with daily pain and still can use my extremities to a limited extent as long as I don’t lift heavy items.
My left wrist is stable after the loose cable slid over the wrist bone areas and have settled a little bit without much “shifting” inside. However, I am now experiencing slight numbness at each digit and a dull ache somewhere inside but I’m still able to type and function normally. So far I’m able to “control” the pain single through “blocking it out” mentally.
My left toes are always numb or at least tingling. Sometimes they turn blue, from cold, or just maybe the nerve are dead. I don’t know. This is from two herniated discs and the referred pain travels all the way to the bottom of my feet, which feel like they are tingling from sitting too long. My butt-cradle helps at work especially since it’s desk job as a cubicle slave.
So there you have it folks. I’m not getting younger and going downhill faster than y’all. Bahaha! As a matter of fact, the pain along my upper spine/between the shoulder blades for the past few weeks feels much better after I took a Vitamin D3 2000 mg supplement! Had I know that this was a bone meal issue, I would have taken more supplement! Damn you, old age! Death bring it on! I’m ready to go! Fuck!
