Author’s rant: I hate the new “two-step” authentication feature for security of my WordPress.com account! As had a difficult time trying to post via WordPress app for Android from my stupid smartphone because of this nonsense. That’s why I don’t care it y’all “snoop” with my expressed permission and full-consent! Stupid security feature! Stupid!

Wise cracker: “[I could “see” that the 4th Amendment right will be upheld. It is NOT nice to target innocent people who may be “taken away/quietly silenced,” just because certain “groups” don’t like them.”]
A creative solution is already in place via “satellites” powerful enough to “capture” activities as far as what one does inside a car, a home, whatever.
My other thought was that (with regards to the IRS targeting “tea party” groups of mostly “white/religious/conservatives”) this cover is to avoid “discriminatory/inflammatory” agendas to/ward other groups not aforementioned above.
Below my thought is how “snooping” is NOT all that “bad”. What is “wrong” is how such data is “captured” and to what extent is the outcome of using such data.
If y’all wanna collect/store data, maybe y’all can create a nice presentation/graphs/pies/grids/whatevere of how/when/where/who such telephone calls are made.
The scope of such “snooping” can/has been already done/implemented via federal/state statutes at the civil and criminal levels and with the aide at county levels, not that I “know” anything.
The “snooping” of “contents”, however, is warranted for “suspected” phone numbers in light of potential activities. This is my thought at 0956 am.
As for “alleged” terrorists, these would be people who have certain amount of, ahem, “intel”. These groups/people may not be within/part of other “groups”, but as more or less invited from “outside” the “fold” to observe. Again such “terrorists” may be traitors who may have lost “trust in the target groups/s.
*Off-topic: As for the data breach discussion currently braodcasting on C-SPAN1, this area may fall under “snooping” whereby any/all activities transacted via electronic/online/whatever is fair game for security purposes.
