Earlier on our local radio station, there was talk of a veteran with dementia who missed a $135 property tax payment, and of a grandson that also missed a property tax payment of over $200. Both had liens on their paid-off houses. This concept is the same as repossessions (or “repos”) of vehicles, which belongs to the bank.
