Last night, I switched to another new/free WordPress.com theme called “Fontfolio”. It’s really great for images. I could upload and post my favorite images using this theme but that’s a big project worth undertaking for a self-hosted blog later on, if ever.
But I wanted to “mask” the contents of my mostly text-driven weblog and observe if the “readers” are clicking on the links or trolling. Since yesterday, I noticed that the blog stats is down to only seven views! That’s great! At least my weblog is public enough but scary enough NOT to be popular.
Besides, I grow weary of blogging. I realize that holding onto electronic data is much like hoarding material goods and live animals (such as cats and dogs) at home. There’s a televised show that captures the progress of hoarders. And I could tell “letting go” is the hardest thing for these sick/addicted people.
I could easily delete my “thoughts” in an instance and when that happens to me, I should NOT look back but cross my fingers that my “Akashic records” will hold other data that didn’t make the regular 3-D reality/dimensional plane. If I do “pine away” for my expunged online activity, I might turn into a pillar of salt, just like what happened to the Biblical wife of Lot.
