Here are my boring notes:
0855. 0910. Caught Josie’s with on an expense report with a limit of $360, which she late adjusted fun $383.14. I told you how I don’t like her work ethics. She is not checking her work carefully and expects me to catch it. I should be paid more than this crap as an “outsider” unofficial auditor.
1040. Finished 55 if Josie’s expense envelopes and three minutes for five of Claudia’s, meaning Josie is taking her time and using my presence to relax.
1308. Ringing found of old time phone over the intercom give times and twice later again.
1330. Laura rated her voice loudly at me twice and asked if I worked on Thursday and Friday, the two days she was off-duty. She said I worked 22 hours and it was wrong. That must be her Masonic code.
1458. Went to Laura about a missing page to an invoice and said someone (an auditor) might question/ look for it. She said it was “blank” and a “waste” because it would have took up too much archive space. I told Claudia who said she is our supervisor and just to “go with the flow”. Oh, auditors! Get me out of this tempo job from hell! I can’t stand it!
Later on Laura got loud at Claudia, who managed to defend herself against a procedure. This could be a tactic to get rid of people close to retiring.
Later on, old white/gray-haired guy was questioning Claudia on phone bills. Technically, shouldn’t reimburse entire bill but only approved portion claimed by employee. Shouldn’t have to pay for magazine subscription billed from employee’s home residence either. Place is making me sick!
