Here are my boring notes:
2228. That’s why the Chingster left Uncle Ver because of his addiction. Oops. It’ inherited. I know. Hehe.
2221. When the boy wants something he won’t stop doing it, like biking and kayaking. Once he tasted alcohol he is not going to stop. Maybe that is why he is like that to us and twit. He just lie down the whole day yesterday as if he doesn’t want to go next to us.
1342. America is not a free country because we have to pay into the “Beast-like” system.
1307. The MB E430 dashboard read 44.7 (speedometer) and 43,177 (odometer).
1018. After we learned that he has a Skype account to chat with the twit, we wonder if he would contact us everyday via webcam. But that’s only our old sentiment.
1017. Junior didn’t cash check to avoid lindsey from knowing
0957. Maw recalled how she would buy glee/paint from OSH so ee boy could build his toy model copters, planes, aircrafts, etc.
0940. Be generous to your brother because we are here helping you everyday. Yes. I keep forgetting his gas money.
0940. Maw noticed that Ms. Minh is so thrifty that she doesn’t seem to dress nice for church. But she is generous when people need help.
We noticed how Raquel dresses like a slob. She’d wear a hooded parka (probably to his her shape). Even Caroline wears those doule-knit sweaters that make her look fat, too.
The old woman is supposed to have been a professional nurse, who for some reason doesn’t comb out the big curls from her hair. That could explain why her husband left her. Usually guys like their women well groomed.
0934. Had a thought about: “the arrows of my ways.” “Arrows” sounded like “errors”.
0929. Filipinos don’t spend that much on vacations and even “angal” (whine). That’s why the boy didn’t want to spend $7,000 for a three week vacation in Switzerland with his in-laws who won’t stop talking in their dialect UNFAIRLY.
0928. Paw told a childhood story about how his Uncle Julian brought him to visit Manila. Paw kept reading advertisement signs but had to go back to his province because if grandmother Sariah wanted company and someone to work on her farm.
Earlier stories over a few days ago was about the misdeeds of Lolo Mac and how he once threatened a collector of money for “pandisal” bread that he bought earlier for the family. That’s why the karma passed on to Paw, his siblings, us cousins and the next generations to come…
Another time was how he ignored Paw, who was carrying two-by-four planks of wood for repairs on their apartment in Manila; so Lolo wouldn’t pay for Paw’s fare. Lolo would flash his mere security badge at the bus driver to ride for free, too.
(And so it is, since I am the eldest paternal grandkid of Lolo my karmic payment for my ancestor’s misdeeds in gambling went via Pete.)
0927. Maw recalled the boy’s hard work a Brookstone, Matrix, Kaiser, Red Lion Inn and a sun glass factory. She has no more anger but pride when he was happy to bring home $30 in tip as a bus boy. He spent it on Atari/Sega games long ago. (09:39)
~0800. Notced cut trees halfway exposing cream-colored building near Flea Market railway system.
