Per my ‘incoming’ thought, I’d do the reverse! Try to ‘change’ that which has been done in the past, step back, observe what happens, determine threshold of anxiety, fear, hatred, anger, terror, etc, and modify areas as needed.

Those who have to gain must learn to forego that which can’t be shared. (I don’t know what I just wrote in this paragraph, but it kinda/sorta sounds correct.
