20111222-Random Thoughts

Here are my notes via the “Memo” app of my cellphone:

12/22/2011 20:48. I hurriedly wrote down all of Paw’s monthly payments in the hopes of setting up the account information online for paperless billing. This was after convincing Paw last night to try automatic monthly payment online instead of paying with checks!!! He wanted to “test run” just the phone company first before setting up the rest.

We made EIGHT phone calls to AT&T with two phone calls to the BOA constrictor*. Each time the customer service representative would hang up on us: 7:15pm, 7:11pm, 6:47pm, 6:25pm*, 6:23pm*, 6:07pm, 4:47pm, 4:40pm, 4:32pm and 3:56pm. We wanted to know why both AT&T and the BOA were in cahoots with each other by covering their ASSES.

A letter from AT&T was dated 12/17/2011 and it said that the check was returned, not insufficient but coded as “miscellaneous”. The bank said that it didn’t receive any “electronic presentation” by the phone company. So right there, these two BIG companies should down for messing with our account.

I wanted to call the phone company and point out why the letter dated 12/15/2011 showed “AMOUNT DUE: 0.00” when the first sentence mentioned a returned item. Right there, it was a sign to take over Paw’s financial affairs without him losing authorization to pay whatever and when he wants. All I do is help him online.

12/22/2011 14:51. We drove to Mountain View, CA to visit Maw’s friend, Julie S, who peeked through the window and answered the door after two attempts of trying to ring the doorbell to her apartment. Both Maw and Julie talked about health issues about diabetes and kidney problems. Maw sensed that Julie is hiding something because her co-workers would try to call her but she wouldn’t answer her phone or return the calls.

12/22/2011 13:52. We waiting for fifteen minutes in the dental office. There was no secretary to greet us at the front lobby at around 13:50. At 14:00, the silver-haired witch fetched Maw and wondered who she will take. I said there’s your victim, you sacrifice. The old hag flicked her tongue. And I talked rather loudly to Paw about how “X-mas” sounded like “hexed mass”. Later, I believe the Japanese dentist was giving her a difficult time. But she was being a professional and looked rather dismal with her head held down after we left her to attend to her window and her papers.

12/22/2011 13:01. I saw an old yellow egg yolk inside the corner of the nest box. The shells to two unhatched eggs have not been eaten by Yeyo the elderly parakeet. The one and only parakeet chick has some yellow feather quills just like her and Buddy, her son.

12/22/2011 09:06. I want to “combine” my posts on spooks, numerology into one post called “random thoughts”. That would be a daunting task to carry out. And besides the “tags/categories” help me to research my blogs faster. I wonder if Matt meister and pals could find a work around for this pending project.

12/22/2011 08:53. While attending this morning’s “Simbang Gabi” mass, I picked up a thought about prayers to heal the jails, prisons or any place of confinement as a method of punishment.

12/22/2011 08:32. After the communion, I was making my way into our pew from the side aisle and all the way toward the center aisle. Upon round the corner of our pew, an Asian guy (maybe Filipino) coughed to my right, or his far-right seat.

12/22/2011 07:11. After the pre-dawn mass, we sat down to eat the food offered in the parish hall. I had some bread (from Costco, no doubt) that was too dry. And so I proceeded to dip the small dinner-roll sized bread into my BLACK coffee, because they ran out of powered creamery! Paw made a joke that I was “washing the bread” (in my coffee).

12/22/2011 07:02. Maw joked to old Fred who sat in front of me. Maw was to my left and Paw was to my right. She told of how “pandisal” was sold in the small town where we stayed during our stay in the Philippines over ten years ago. The seller would holler: “Tina-pie! Tina-pie!” But I heard/made a word association of another Filipino work of: “Pin-a-tie! Pin-a-tie!” That meant to kill (a verb) and not bread (a noun).

12/22/2011 6:15. I thought about two Filipino kids. Lori, his family and the for of us were headed for their parked car after dinner at a restaurant where earlier a bunch if people sang loudly and displayed their flags.

To my left I heard trip small voices from two little children: “Ate! Ate! Would you like to but theses necklaces? They smell good. They are made out of “sampaguita” flowers.” All seven of us hurried quietly to the white mini-safari van. But the children’s voices continued outside th windows. I wondered why we couldn’t buy such lovely items as souvenirs. After all, these people are supposed to be rich. But it was dark and we had to get back to our lodging for the night. It was not safe to interact with poor people.
