We saw three and then two homeless people talking off the seating areas outdoors. One looked like a tall, black woman with Asian eyes. She was smoking cigarettes and laughing with a shorter man, who was wearing a dark-colored, hooded sweater, which read on the back as “LOCAL 333 – SAN JOSE”.
