I learned that if I’m too fearful, something bad is going to happen. And sure enough it did! But wait! Something good came out of that experience. Here’s what happened.
While archiving, I was trying to save an updated file rather quickly, not thinking that I over-rode the wrong file! As a result, I had lost file(s) that I copied earlier. That was two days ago. I had tried to retrieve the data the following day from an external file but those copies were not the most recent files. Later on that night, I had decided to delete redundant files and came across copies of my missing file(s)! I was rejoiced to see that only two more files are missing and probably will be gone forever.
I’m still afraid that if I get too tired and too rush, that I might do something bad again. I hate that feeling. And the only way to resolve that anxiety is to stay FOCUSED and above all — RELAX and take breaks if necessary. I noticed that I’m sitting down too long and don’t take my breaks anymore!

Topic #99: When was the last time you were scared? What happened? What did you learn? Are you still afraid of that situation?
