Today’s weather is beautiful! There were lots of sylphs everywhere and overhead! The skies were especially crispy and clear by mid afternoon. All the while, I was sitting upstairs in my computer room and soaking in the sunshine mostly to my front, right side! The brightness was amazing but not hurtful to the eyes! The air was fresh and felt truly alive. The winds blew gently but cold. I saw one squirrel drinking Paw’s freshly cleaned-out bird bath and two other small brown bird — one had slight green color on the front chest.
After showing the VERY cold egg to the parakeets, I threw it away and packed the nest boxes and old black cage away and into the garage. Then the vacuuming of the feathers was done. The parakeets got their post lunch bath. And of course, I heard some knocking on wood outdoors and thought the divorced nutter was up on her persimmon tree and hacking away at the bald branches again. I had covered the parakeet’s cage with the slightly damp terry cloth of white to keep the glare of the sunlight from blinding the two albino birds. But I had to bring them in so they won’t catch a cold. They smelled better and after washing their two covers created by Maw, they were able to take a nice mid-afternoon nap. They’ve been easily spooked lately.
