The smallest thing nearest to me is a PowerEx 8.4v 300mAh — HiMH Rechargeable Battery. It is Made in Taiwan. and is a Maha Energy Corp. product. The warning label reads as:
DO NOT DISPOSE OF IN FIRE OR SHORT – MAY RESULT IN LEAK OR EXPLOSION. INSERT IN THE CORRECT POLARITY.
The P/N: MH-84V300. The SIZE 6F22; E-BLOCK.
I use it to power Steevo’s Desktop Succor, which has a purple wire wrapped six times around a three inch tall, phallically-shaped clear quartz crystal. It’s supposed to clear my environment of spooks. It’s so powerful that my head buzzed severely when the unit was initially placed on my desk located on the 12th floor tower in Santa Clara, CA over five years ago.
The second to the next smallest thing would be my boogers. I’d pick my nose with my long pinky nails and dig around my sinuses for any dried up pieces of either bloody red or yellow goo and green puss. But that’s inside the Kleenex now after blowing my boogers out so hard. Don’t be grossed out because I’m not infected but congested with allergies.
I could go further to say the smallest thing is a marble-sized energy ball inside my heart chakra. Around a Christmas evening over six years ago, it bounced from the ether in front of me, past my hard-cover “angel book” towards the left and downward into my chest but slightly to the right. To this day, I think it might have been a seed of some sort, like the Biblical reference of a mustard seed that grows into a tall, flowering weed.

Topic #57: What is the smallest thing near you? Write a paragraph about it. Bonus: Use your imagination – are elements the smallest thing? atoms? quarks? How do you feel about the fact we keep finding smaller and smaller things inside of things that are already quite small?
