Well, today is beautiful! The skies are crispy and blue. This time the skies are not clear but filled with BIG, light-weight sylphs. One long sylph appeared over our parish. I took a couple of photos in delight while trying to avoid near missing with other cars.
This morning’s mass included a prayer for the sick of which two white candles are tied with a red ribbon and crossed in front of the necks of people. As a result, I got to work later at around 9:00am. Usually I get here around 8:45am.
There were four surprises this morning: Four plants placed in the lobby of our parish — two red flower trees inside the front doors and two tall bamboo trees near the “outside” lobby doors. I shook “hands” with them (or rather touched their leaves). The energy from these plants are truly blessed!
There were more flowers at the base of the altar and the usual flower arrangement on either side of the crucifix included lots of red and yellow flowers and tall, wispy greenery as an anchor in the back of the flower containers.
Today, Theresa and I will walk around. It’s good luck to enjoy the weather today.
Happy New Years!
