At 9:15am, FoxNews cut off the transmission of Rep. Tom DeLay, who was on the right half of the screen. A black lady with long highlighted hair to the left half of the screen was interviewing the Congressman, who claimed that what he was doing is “swapping” money that was legally done by both Demoncrats and Reptilicans.
No one said it was illegal. Yet when Rep. Delay will be sentenced to three years in jail as a political move. The stupid jury can sentence innocent people, by the way. Listen folks. I expect Rep. Tom Delay to succeed in his appeal.
When I mention the words “snag” and “delay” in my weblog, those words are in reference to an article dated well over fifteen years ago. It had to do with “business as usual.” The word “delay” is NOT and has NOT been entered a proper noun to the former Texan representative Tom DeLay. Both look eerily similar, though.
The book of life is wonderful. The words are wonderful. But take one word or several words OUT OF CONTEXT and the sentences, yea, the whole paragraph, nah, if not the whole article, will have lost all meaning, such as using the word “moron” for “Mormons”. Get it? It’s called word association (or sometimes a play on words).
So again, I would appeal that the Congressman, much like former Senator Arlen Specter, should not have to pay for the ability to exploit the legal and financial system of their constituents, who too should be scrutinized for any alleged illegal activities.
