Poor, “Minh”! She had called Maw to report another heartless incident with Carlos, who was being his usual nasty self. Instead of stating of his happiness to see her, he inquired “WTF” she is doing here? This is what happens when uneducated people are mixed into society.
Besides the unfortunate existence of nut-balls, Carlos has an ugly face only a “mother” could love. “Minh” could NOT dare to report what had happen. I’m sure Manong Ben would have beaten up Gloria’s husband.
It’s too bad our local parish is infiltrated with stupid people. According to “Minh”, both Dick and Carlos have “spoken back” at a priest. People are loosing respect of authority; don’t know their places in the community; and don’t follow rules because there are none at this place. And they just do what they want and in effect chaos does occur now and then.
