For the past week or so, I noticed two to three vehicles would leave their corner stake-out whenever the three of us would leave our driveway. They are one block north of us and across the intersection of MY long road.

Their vehicles are two white utility trucks and one red colored truck. The two white trucks look like painters. One has a ladder-like contraption on its trunk and the other one is like a Dodge caravan. They would take off from their parked location and turn right (westbound) on MY long road.

I flicked them off several times. They appear to be wearing white overalls, too. To the SJPD, get them!
