For two days, the weather has cooled. The winds blow colder too. The walks outdoors during my breaks and lunch were warm enough not to sweat too much. However, I had to wear a jacket to warm up a bit. The sun shines against crispy blue skies.
I managed to walk from Orchard Parkway to Trimble Road and along First Street in a counter-clockwise direction today and yesterday. This would be the third time of walking SLOWLY for 45-minutes. I don’t know distance traveled thought.
I was concerned for my feet. My old Sketchers sneakers may been a new shoe insert to help cushion my feet due to lack of fat now that I’m on diet. My left toe bunion felt out of place. I stubbed my right toe against the boom-box on Sunday. It still hurts. And my callus pads underneath both middle and pinkie toes aren’t any help either.
So yeah, I hope to loose more weight, if not fat, in a very slow way through systematic starvation and exercise.
