This time I’m  trying a new WordPress.com theme:

Greyzed by The Forge Web Creations

A dark and grungy theme with drop-down menus and a widgetized footer.

PROs:

  • Grungy colors of red, black and gray.
  • Top navigation bar with drop down menus.
  • Left sidebar default.
  • Blog description underneath blog title.
  • Fancy RSS feed on upper right hand corner of `content element`.
  • Three bottom footers for widgets.
  • Grungy background art for body, sidebar, comments, search bar, RSS feed icon, etc.
  • `Home` tab for most recent blog entries (or front/home page).

CONs:

  • Still want time stamp somewhere on front/home page view and/or single page view.
  • Width doesn’t auto-fit for different screen resolutions or when using ZOOM-in feature of web browser.
  • Cannot view caption for `Image widgets` when placed in sidebars! Uh!
  • No `Theme Options`, just widgets and other stuff.
