I see various photos online of freaks, err, I meant, people with six or more digits for fingers and/or toes. Some are white, black, Asians, Indians, etc. My maternal first cousin, Ferdi(nand) had a sixth finger which was promptly removed when he was young.
I believe his abusive mother, the aggressive one who went after my more docile but stupid paternal uncle, Floren(cio), had something to do with that extra finger. She was not favored to marry my uncle because the whole town knew of her meanness. The deceased old fart left a legacy of hatred in her four children’s hearts – to hate the nicer relatives of her deceased husband.
His wound could be seen on the outside of his right hand as concentric circles leftover from a bullet wound or something like that. The scars are darker than the rest of his skin tone.
