After switching different WordPress.com themes out of sheer friggin’ frustration, I noticed something about the `pages` section on the `Vostok` theme. That part cannot be removed. But the order of the pages can be worked around to make it appear that the `notices` are towards the bottom.

Therefore, I’ve re-ordered the `FAQ` page to be the last parent page and set the `disclaimer` page and `fair use` page to precede the `copyright` page as the last child page. This is one way to reduce the number of `Text` widgets used.
