For your battery needs, visit RadioShack®.

Paw and I replaced three rechargeable (cordless) telephone batteries:

  • A Panasonic HHR-P104 – Ni-MH 3.6V 830mAh with an Enercell (item # 23-908).
  • Ni-Cd 3.6V 360mAh with an Enercell (item # 23-896).

We had to replace the telephone batteries because:

  • The phones were turning off in the middle of a call.
  • The sound from the speaker handset was too soft.

Be sure to dispose of your used batteries properly. Visit Call2Recycle US – Recharging the planet. Recycling your batteries. The batteries listed two phone numbers to call: 1-800-822-8837. RadioShack also recycles batteries. So give it up!
